We have an Immediate opening for our client who is looking for a System Management at Southborough, MA

Job Description as follows:

Role:                              System Management

Duration:                         6 + Months Contract

Location:                         Southborough, MA

Start Date:                       Immediate

Skills Required:

• Provide technical leadership for a team of software engineers
• Serve as an expert in software development processes, applications, and tools to provide immediate value and contribution to projects and problem solving
• Conceptualize and initiate solutions to complex problems and identify business impact of these solutions
• Apply advanced engineering theories, principles, and concept 
• Share a well developed understanding of the business and competitive environment with colleagues 
• Possess a proven track record to meet timelines and manage project expectations

Skills and Experience:

• Technical leadership ability and experience
• Ability to effectively work with and lead a team and to influence others 
• Comfortable working in a highly distributed international environment
• Experience developing one or more of the following: web-based user-interfaces for system management, command line interfaces for system management, or management software for virtualized environments
• Experience working with one or more of the following: distributed systems, clustering, policy-based software, storage provisioning, or virtualization
• Expert knowledge of network file systems, disk-based file systems and/or file virtualization technology
• A broad knowledge of Linux, Windows, and/or UNIX application programming technology 
• Knowledge of UML, model-based software development, CIM/WBEM, SNMP, and/or storage protocols a plus
• Knowledge of distributed and/or clustered systems a plus
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent C/C++ and Java programming skills
• Strong scripting language skills
• Multi-threaded programming experience 
• Experience utilizing contemporary software engineering principles
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, are required for interaction with team members, senior members of the staff and other organizations

Education/Experience:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or closely related field
• 10, 8, or 6 years relevant experience, depending on degree

Must have Good communication and client facing skills
