Seeking Performance Tester (JAVA tunning and LoadRunner testing)

Location: Wilmington, DE

Duration: 7+ Months

 

**Candidates must have JAVA tunning experience and experience with LoadRunner testing**

 

Performance Tester: Job Description

- UNIX Environment

- Experience with J2EE tuning on middleware

- Loadrunner Testing Experience

- Protocols, Java

- Performance Test Lead interfaces with project managers, Architects, Systems Analyst, DBAs, Tech Leads and QA Leads (and other parties as

necessary) to ensure an error free environment through thorough stress testing of the infrastructure, application, or interface prior to launch.

- Performance Test Lead will be responsible for project and/or product testing with varying ranges of complexity and risk.

 

Testing includes:

Web, Client/Server, Mainframe, Oracle Queries, Terminal Emulator, and Middleware applications.

 

Responsible for:

- The design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas.

- May include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications.

- Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes.

- Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.
