Oracle Project & Grants (Functional Analyst)

Location : Sacramento, CA
Duration : 3 months
For the Project & Grants they must have both Grants and Project experience.
The Team Lead must manage all aspects of the implementation and integration of the modules they oversee and must have strong Public Sector experience and have led full life cycle implementations in multiple Public Sector environments
Work with County team leads to manage the functional teams through the project
Work with County to control deliverable quality and team risk
Guide the team in developing and building business process designs
Work with County team leads to manage work products and deliverables
Provide business process experience and guidance to County team leads
Identify and manage to resolution business process and system design issues
Serve as functional subject matter knowledgeable resource
Advise and approve business process design and Oracle configuration
Direct development of detailed team work plan and manage to plan
Work with Contractor's Project Manager to identify and obtain resources
Monitor and report team progress against plan
Identify and manage to resolution business process and system design issues related the implementation
Lead in the preparation of contractor's deliverables
Key desirable qualifications include:
