Job Titile : Senior WMB Developer
Location  : Jersey City, NJ
Duration : 12+  Month Contract
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform hands on development of integration solutions on a variety of platforms.
Research and resolve technical issues and recommend appropriate interventions/modifications as needed.
Ensure work processes and products meet current standards.
Conduct root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
Assist development of the reference architectures and patterns.
Lead design decisions to create module design and repetitive solutions
Collaborate with management to improve, monitor, and improve current software development process
Mentor and train junior software developers
Provide ongoing Production support

Experience
Three (3) or more years experience with IBM WebSphere Message Broker 6.0 & 6.1 using:
MRMs,
Message Sets and Message Definitions,
Pub/Sub,
HTTP Nodes,
Routing Nodes,
Message Transformation Nodes,
XML/XSLT
Java Compute Node
Debugging:
Logging ; log4j
Java Custom Nodes/Plugins
Message Flow
ESQL
Message Mapping
Java
Broker/ Config Manager
EG, MF, CMP; mqsi utilities
Experience in Programming Languages: Korn Shell, Shell scripts, PERL, Java, SQL, C, C++
Experience with project management, business analysis and development toolsets, including the MS Office suite, Visio, MS Project, TOAD and PVCS Code management.

Experience in working with Operating systems such as UNIX (AIX), Linux (Suse), Windows (NT, 2000, XP), OpenVMS
Experience in working with Databases such as Oracle 9i, 10G, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures
5+ years experience in designing interface development for Financial Services Industry in real-time and batch mode
Experience with a wide variety of testing tools and techniques, ex. MBTestClient , JUnit and Test Director
