Job Titile : Business Analyst
Location  : Owings Mills, MD
Duration : 6+  Month Contract
 
Description:
The business analyst will work as part of a larger project team to build and enhance the firm's global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (based upon CDC Software's Pivotal CRM). Must work well with people with varying technical abilities. Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem solving skills in technical and business process areas.

Skill Set:
Experience writing technical business requirements - Senior (3-5 years)
Experience with software testing methodology and tools - Senior (3-5 years)
Experience with data analysis and application integration - Senior (3-5 years)
Experience with large team / complex development projects - Intermediate (1-3 years)

Desired Skill Set:
Familiar with HP Mercury Testing Tools (or similar)- Intermediate (1-3 years)
Familiar with data analysis tools (SQL)- Intermediate (1-3 years)
Familiar with projects that integrate commercial software with Microsoft desktop applications and .Net - Intermediate (1-3 years)
Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software - Intermediate (1-3 years)
