Requirement: Sr Software Engineer/.Net Developer

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Locals preferred)

Duration: 7 Months (Contract)

Rate: Negotiable

Job Description:

DUTIES:

• Work within a team of engineers to develop innovative software solutions.
  
• Use a variety of technologies and conform to various software development and business processes.

Responsibilities may include:

1. Analyze and refine requirements.

2. Design and implement software to meet requirements.

3. Contribute to design and code inspections.

4. Provide input to technical discussions; propose solutions and alternatives.

5. Analyze cost effectiveness and feasibility.

6. Provide work estimates; perform trade offs between implementation, schedule and cost and resource constraints, and recommend alternatives.

7. Provide technical expertise to less experienced developers.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
  
• Must have a minimum of 6 years related software development experience.Position requires expertise in developing user interfaces and exceptionally good programming skills in C# and WPF. 
• The ideal candidate will also have experience in some or all of the following: MVVM using Microsoft Prism Framework, Silverlight, XAML, Microsoft Expression Studio.
  

Candidates must be available for on-site interviews.
