Job Description:
• Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers and Cisco catalyst Switches.
• Coordinating with service providers (Telco's) for the network link availability
• Good Knowledge on TCP/IP and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• In-depth knowledge of Routing Protocols (specifically RIP, OSPF, IGRP, & EIGRP).
• In-depth knowledge of ISDN, frame-relay, T1/E1/T3 technologies and leased lines.
• Knowledge of VLAN, HSRP, ISDN, WAN, MPLS, Trucking and VTP
• Experience with VPN (IPSec Tunneling and client configurations).
• Exposure to network monitoring tools like Cisco Works, CA Spectrum, CA eHealth, etc
• Experience in VOIP , QOS and Bandwidth monitoring and management tools
• Ability to take ownership and meet the set KPI target.
• Very good communication and customer relationship skills
• Knowledge on ITIL framework is a must.
