Job Title  :.NET Developer
Location  :Allentown PA
Duration  :6+ months contract

Skills:
Experienced Developer
Experienced .NET developer (VB.NET and ASP.NET)
Oracle  8 or greater experience - ability to create tables, can build PL/SQL package procedures, functions, and triggers
Exposure to Unix desirable
Experience with Agile processes helpful
Able to document designs, data models, logic flow, operational procedures, etc effectively in both words and pictures
Experienced at Troubleshooting - uses sound logic to quickly identify and solve problems; analyzes impacts to assure solution does not adversely impact other parts of a system
Quick learner – able to learn Tech Team Suite of Applications with minimal training
Good Initiative – willing to research on own, is resourceful; takes ownership of work and follows up with others who contribute to that work
Quality Focused - tests and documents well;  delivers reliable, well performing solutions with minimal follow-up needed; follows software development processes
Customer Focused - desire to serve the needs of the Tech Team's customers, which include other ISD groups as well as the Corporation at large
Good Interpersonal skills - works well in a team setting and with customers
Good communication skills - able to facilitate meetings and provide demos to various groups.  Able to communicate with customers in business terms
