Job Description

 

Note:        

 

Ø  We are looking for a candidate with Strong experience in VDI implementation with XenApp, XenDesktop and if possible APpsense as profile mgmt tool… the no. of users rolled out can be 5000+… more the better.

Ø  Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for delivery of a large Project to roll-out Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Xenapp for a US customer

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Ø  To establish relationships across the customer organisation, business areas and suppliers in order to deliver successful project

Ø  To deliver IT Infrastructure project end to end through the defined project lifecycle to agreed time, quality and cost.

Ø  To ensure that integrity of the project is maintained, focussing on internal consistency and compliance to standards, processes and strategies.

Ø  Manage team of consultants & architects to deliver the projects. Experience ( Essential )

Ø  10+ years of IT Experience

Ø  6+ Years of Project Management experience

Ø  Experience in deploying Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Xenapp, VMware VDI projects

Ø  IT Infrastructure domain knowledge is a must

Ø  Strong commercial orientation

Ø  Experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects within schedule, budget and Efforts

Ø  Proficient in Project Management Tools & Processes

Ø  Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ø  Excellent presentation skills

Ø  Excellent negotiation skill

Ø  Proven experience in stakeholder management & conflict resolution

Ø  Strong process orientation

Ø  Strong people management and highly customer centric.

 

Experience (Preferred)

 

Ø  Experience of working in International business environment

Ø  PMP/PRINCE 2 certification
