Position: Software Developer/Java Developer

Location: Moon Township, PA

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Rate: Negotiable

 

Job Description

  • Under direction from more senior staff, codes, tests, and debugs simple maintenance programs and small subroutines.
  • As skills develop, works on progressively more complicated programs and modules.
  • May design and develop small to moderate size programs supporting simple storage and retrieval specifications.
  • On larger projects, works under close supervision for specific programming assignments. 

Job duties include

  • Java Software programming
  • Familiarity with XML or HTML
  • Familiarity with MS Power Point and MS Word
  • Excellent written communication skills (Samples requested) 

An ideal employee would also have:

  • Interface design experience (UI, GUI, HMI, HCI)
  • Experience programming in group projects
  • Graphic design experience
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
