Requirement: IT Project Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Rate: Negotiable

Job Description:

•   Manage multiple systems projects simultaneously.
• Prepare project plans, which include definition, scope, resources, and schedule.
• Allocate resources based upon the magnitude and necessity of the project.
  
• Prioritize projects and tasks in order to achieve department and company objectives.
  
• Ensures adequate communication is maintained regarding all project status and priorities.

• Manage the development and maintenance of application systems.
• Follow the Company standard development methodology, producing the appropriate deliverables and ensuring that systems implementations are done to the highest standards of quality.
• Conduct meetings with the users to determine their system requirements.
• Develop detailed system designs to support the system requirements.
  
• Conduct technical reviews and walkthroughs of system design documentation with development and design team members. Review and critique the technical documentation of other systems to assure quality products.
• Lead the development of computer code and manual procedures necessary to support application system design. Lead program unit and system testing.
• Provide support for designated application systems.
  
• Oversee the design, development and implementation of enhancements to existing applications systems.
• Ensures adherence to company standards throughout the system life-cycle.
• Remain knowledgeable of information technology and company business operations.
• Recommend the implementation of technology to support the company's objectives.
• Act as a mentor for the analysts in the department and provides guidance and counseling to the analysts through quarterly performance reviews and through daily interactive feedback.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by Director, Business Applications Development
