Position: Business Analyst/Configurator

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Rate: Negotiable

 

Job Description:

• Performs level 2 processes and incident resolution of SAP and / or other Business Applications.
• Ability to implement continuous improvement processes.
• Application on-boarding for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Projects.
• Performs level 2 processes and incident resolution of SAP and / or other Business Applications.
• Participates in application troubleshooting, Root Cause reviews and Incident Management.
• Participates in testing and troubleshooting of various applications including SAP Modules.
• Handles special projects as assigned.
• Ability to implement continuous improvement processes.
• Must have very good interpersonal skills and professional appearance.

Behavior Characteristics:

• Ability to work in a fast paced, structured team environment.
• Must be able to work without direct guidance   

 Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field or equivalent
• 3+ years business experience
• 2+ years business process and SAP configuration experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of Databases
• Multiple complex applications supported
• Understanding of ITIL Methodology
