Job Title : Sr. Net Developer
Location : Nashville , TN
Duration : 3-6 Month Direct Hire.


Experience:
8+ years of total development experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, SQL Server), with deep expertise in C#
2+ years Healthcare IT experience (Patient, Provider, Payer, HL7, HIPAA, HIE)
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues then identify and implement solutions to resolve them
Bachelors degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS or Engineering/ Technology or related field or equivalent experience
High proficiency in pattern recognition and reuse while planning for outlier alternatives.
Extensive knowledge of object oriented programming, common data structures and algorithms
Excellent verbal and written communication.
 

Required Skills :
C# .Net 3.5 / 4.0
MVC 2.0
A very strong knowledge of OOD and Design Patterns
Healthcare IT experience (Patient, Provider, Payer, HL7, HIPAA, HIE)
Strong communication and leadership skills

Highly Preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience with Data Warehouses containing terabytes of data
Deep healthcare messaging experience (HL7, X12, etc)

Seeking a high-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a group. Candidates should be able to speak technically with developers and other IT professionals while also being able to communicate development and process concepts (such as work items and version control)to non-IT professionals such as project managers and business stakeholders.
Experience with C# 3.5 and 4.0, and MVC 2.0 is also required.
Communications skills are very important in this group as well. Not only will qualified candidates be asked to write code and develop applications, one must be able to communicate with upper management as to the progress of the projects.
