Required Skills :
Need to understand Commercial Service Assurance tools, architecture, business objectives, pain points and create the business roadmap for cable commercial service assurance organization for 2011 and 2012.

Must have skills:
Service Assurance Expertise
Cable or Telecommunication Industry Expertise
Strong Verbal and Written Communication
Business Strategy and Roadmap Experience
Enterprise Architecture Experience
Project Management Experience

Nice to have skills in order of priority:
Product Knowledge of Metro Ethernet, Cell Backhaul, Trunking, SMB
Business Process Re-engineering
