Required Skills :
Must have 6+ years of overall Java exp
Sun Java Cert or J2EE Cert
Java 1.5 Web component developer,
Custom Tags,
MVC/Webwork/Struts,
5 years of hibernate
HibernateWeb Services
Castor/XML
Java binding,
XSL/XSLT
Knowledge of Oracle database.Eclipse, Subversion, Ant/Maven knowledge a plus.
Looking for people that have experience with code maintenance vs. new applications as they are more aware of the downstream ramifications with QA and processes around source control and build procedures. Strong communication skills. Worked a complete life cycle of J2EE development and post go-live support. Experience in financial industry a plus.
