Job Description/Skills Required:

Skills:

Ø  Expertise ESx server management

Ø  Rich operational experience in different versions of Windows

Ø  H/W and OS troubleshooting skills

Ø  Incident management

Ø  Change management

Ø  Configuration management

Ø  Remote Administration

Ø  Creating OS images and Deployment of application software/tools

 

Profile:

Ø  Should have experience in managing Production Windows servers in a highly virtualized environment

Ø  Should have experience in managing ESX servers, Win2K8, Win2K3

Ø  Should have experience in analyzing, evaluating and rolling out patches/service packs

Ø  Should have knowledgeable on various tools used in managing Windows servers

Ø  Should have raised change requests, implemented changes Infrastructure Testing Consultant -Server.

Ø  Develop test cases

Ø  Execute test cases, document test results , provide test reports, maintain test results & test logs and maintain records

Ø  Coordinate with stakeholders from Customer and build "test beds"

Ø  Conduct impact analysis, and provide inputs on probable risks to production releas

Ø  Collaborate with various application testing team and system admin, engineering team on design requirements and interfaces.

Ø  Meeting SLA in time to perform testing.
