Join us!   Job Location: Redwood Shores,CA.   Summary: • This position will interface with Finance, Collections, Sales Operations, Customer Services, IT, Revenue and Field Sales to ensure all business issues regarding customer orders are addressed and resolved.   Essential Functions: • Understand all procedures required to process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner using Oracle 11.5.9 / Oracle R12 and in full compliance with company policies.  • Take ownership and utilize a customer oriented approach for entering and monitoring all customer orders.  • Participate or drive process improvement teams and ad hoc projects for order management processes, policies, systems and tools.  • Manage backlog of assigned open sales orders, ensuring that orders flow through the order fulfillment cycle quickly.  • Resolve discrepancies and order issues across departments quickly to meet target lead times.  • Understand and adhere to company policies, including bookings policy, revenue recognition, business policies, and Channel business procedures.  • Proactively identify and help implement enhancements to order management processes and tools to support a positive customer experience, streamline order processing, and provide scaleable solutions.  • Provide expertise in testing and troubleshooting system enhancements and upgrades to Oracle as well as other order management tools.   Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for this position is an intelligent self-starter who works well in a collaborative team atmosphere.  • The successful candidate must be fully knowledgeable with all facets of entering and troubleshooting sales order and contracts  in a business model which includes subscription and software services.  • Candidate must exhibit excellent time management and problem solving skills in a high change, fast paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.  • Experience with process and system improvements a must.  • Prior experience with Oracle 11.5.9 and Oracle R12 order management and Service Contracts module is required.  • Prior experience with SFDC • Familiar with general business concepts associated with multiple channels. • Minimum of two years’ experience in order fulfillment, order management, or customer services is required, preferably within high tech companies. • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.   Educational Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree
