· Should be strong in
o Communication, Presentation and client facing
o Experience in Test Plan, Test Design and work load mix development
o Scripting and explicit coding
o Strong in Load Runner and Performance Centre
o Monitoring, analyzing and reporting skills
· Should be able to lead and handle the project
· People soft application testing will be important
