primarily an Oracle Pro*C developer

 

An Oracle application developer (Pro*C/C++ code development, Oracle Data guard, ODBC) who will be working with team and be responsible for helping migrate/port the application that runs on standalone as well as  Oracle RAC (for scalability/HA) from Solaris 10/Sparc-T5220 to Linux/Intel-HP DL 380G8 under the guidance of team and technical lead. It is expected that the candidate has worked on HP hardware (e.g. G7), Solaris and Linux OS.  Focus would be porting of the application and making it work on Linux. Familiarity with Linux internals and knowledge of C/C++ programming is required. 6-8 years of experience is desired.
