Rate: $70/hr

Duration : 3 months to start with (extendable)

Location : Chicago IL

Start Date : ASAP

Please see the JD as below:

• Should be a B.E. / B. Tech / M.E./ M. Tech ( or equivalent) with Domain Experience of at least 4 - 6 years in capacity of relevant Sales , Distribution & Customer Relationship management activities, preferably in Healthcare and Pharma Industry
• Overall SAP experience of  5 - 7 years of which at least 4 ~ 5 years in SAP CRM domain implementation and Support Projects as CRM Techno-Functional Consultant
• Minimum of  2 ~ 3 Projects (support / implementation ) in SAP CRM domain covering functional areas of Customer Service, Interaction centre, Knowledge base configuration and loading, Creation of categories and workflow to support inquiries related to Abbott employees. Technical support for objects developed using CRM - ABAP
• Ready to work on Production support Projects.
• Knowledge of CRM Analytics will be advantageous
• Experience of working in SAP CRM version 2007
• Should have technical skill capability to develop and update codes for CRM – Abap & Experience in Web UI
• SAP Certification will be advantageous
• 9) Must be a Good communicator with flair in accurate presentations and interpersonal skills
