Title: Business Analyst – Asset Management

Client: NetApp

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 3-6 months

Start Date: 10/25 or before

 

Education and Experience

5+ years of experience in business and systems analysis

 

Must Skills

·         Expertise in business analysis and IT Asset Management

·         Ability to facilitate requirements and prepare solutions for implementation

·         Knowledge of Service-Now Asset Mgmt and CMDB products

·         Experience in aspects of Change Mgmt, Release Mgmt, Configuration Mgmt, Resource Mgmt

·         Experience with Business Process Management

·         Must have very strong problem solving skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently setting objectives and performance goals

 

Good to have Skills

·         ITIL certified professional

·         Experience with BMC Remedy
