Primary responsibilities include:
Supporting Clients new data warehousing reporting initiatives identified in the Service Strategic Plan.
Advise, implement and administer all software components to be used by data marts including Data Stage.
May include traditional ETL processes, integrated business, physical and operational metadata plus
Any other possible ETL functions that may or may not be data warehouse related.
Databases: Oracle with secondary experience with SQL Server 2000 / 2005 or Informix
* Must have ETL-ELT experience using Data Stage
* Unix Experience and shell Scripts
* Working with a production team to schedule ETL jobs
* Creating test plans and support in executing test plans for the ETL mappings
*Working with multiple data sources, creation and maintenance of ODI interfaces and packages
* Creating and maintaining the full lifecycle of ETL (mappings/processes/flows)
* Identify OLTP system changes and manage the impact of those changes to the BI/DW platform
