{Ajax-DOT-NET-FAQ} Opening for 3 Sr Recruiter at Noida Office

Hi,

We have a urgent opening for Sr Recruiter at our noida office. We are looking for 3 recruiters with min 3+ years of recruitment experience for USA clients.

Recruiters should be able to work in night shifts at  noida office from 6:30pm or 3:30AM or 8:30Pm to 5:30AM.

Candidates should have below given:

Should know USA recruitment and should know about tax terms like 1099, w2, Per Diem Visa Status like h1b,US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, TN Visa etc

Should have excellent experience in Permanent/ Full Time position and contract positions.

Should have good understanding about IT and NON IT Skills.

Should have familiarity and experience with dice, monster and career builder and others  job boards.

Should have strong knowledge and experience of using social networking sites like linked in, Twitter etc

Proven ability of placing IT professionals for various clients.

Must have a good understanding of various IT skills and trends.
