EXPERTISE: • Expert System, Rules Engine • Member Health, Claims Data • Clinical Rules Setup, Data Processing Summary of Role The project manager is an IT lead that is accountable and responsible for the quality execution of an assigned project. The PM operates within a work streams / application area in the planning, execution, risk management, and financial management for strategic projects. S(he) brings discipline and structure to the IT execution team and ensures that project management processes and controls are applied to the project with creativity and practicality. As a "face" for the IT project, the PM will act as a pivot point between customer program manager / product managers and the delivery team.
