Job Title: 10 Java Developers
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 12 months Contract
Looking for candidates with long assignments history not 5 months here or there. 1 year here is ok 2 years there is ok (not a few months....)
Client will do one phone interview then if they pass that, they will interivew candiate in person so make sure candidate is in drive range
This client will not fly anyone in or hire off the phone! must be in person.

Technical skills and abilities:
In-depth knowledge of Java including JUNIT, ANT
In-depth knowledge of XML including XSLT and XPATH. Nice to have includes PL/SQL
Deployment familiarity of J2EE
Familiarity with major database vendors such as MS SQL Server and Oracle
Knowledge of enterprise application design patterns.
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
Exceptional problem solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
Work with members of the project team and business owners to refine and clarify business requirements.
Produce technical specifications and provide input into general architectural decisions.
Provide input to assist in overall team process improvement and product design stability
