Position: Java Technical Lead / Sr. Java Developer

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Job Description/Skills Required:

o J2EE technologies such as Core Java, JSP, Servlets, JMS etc 

o Databases such as Oracle, PL/ SQL and JDBC 

o J2EE Framework/ORM such as Struts / Spring / Hibernate. 

o JavaScript, HTML, SSL. 

o OOD/ OOP foundation with experience in UML diagramming and design documentation 

o Knowledge of SDLC models 

- Strong communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively 

- Experience in Onsite / Offshore coordination 

- Ability to closely interact with customer on project related matters
