Location: Plano, TX  

Duration: 6 Months+

Start Date: Immediate

 

High Level Job Description: A systematic approach to controlling and dealing with effecting change. Defining and implementing procedures and/or technologies and keeping systematic track of the details.

 

CHANGE MANAGEMENT PLANNING & TRAINING DEVELOPER

 

·         Candidate already familiar with the PepsiCo environment and/or Talent Acquisition tools and processes would be ideal.

·         Will be revising vendor provided training materials.

·         Will be drafting communications to launch the system and global processes.

·         Will be handling Document posting and associated HTML updates.

Required:

·         Excel

·         MS Office PowerPoint

·         Change Management

·         Communication Desired:

·         Reporting Services

·         Marketing

·         Public Relations                       

Required Qualifications

·         Solid written communications skills & Detail orientation are a must.

·         Previous experience with the Kenexa Recruiter applicant tracking system desired.

·         Experience in the HR and/or talent acquisition field desired.

·         BS or higher degree
