We have an opening with my client who is looking for Service Desk Analyst-L2, at San Jose, CA.

Position : Service Desk Analyst-L2  

Duration : 6 Months

Location : San Jose, CA.

Experience : 3-4YEAR

Job Description/Skills Required:

- Have hands on experience working on MS Exchange, Blackberry, LCS & AD. 

- Trouble shooting alerts generated by monitoring tools, Backup failure, mail flow NDRs. 

- Trouble shooting end user blackberry hand held problems such has delay in receiving mails, not receiving mails, device not working, no synchronization. 

- Trouble shooting LCS end user problems. 

- Patch testing and deployment.
