Position: Test Lead / Test Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Arkansas.

Job Description/Skills Required:

Domain : Retail –Enterprise

?    Should have been in client facing roles before
?    Good client Interaction skills
?    Good communication and presentation skills
?    Good test management and project management skills
?    Should be good at problem solving and providing consultation for customer problems
?    Should liaison well with all customer stakeholders
?    Preferable if you have gone through the journey of testing a large scale customer implementation
?    Proficient in SQL & UNIX skills
?    Proficient in using HP QC, QTP and Performance Center tools
?    Proficient in functional, automated and load testing
?    Should be able to take quick transition of existing QTP and Performance center scripts and be able to run them on a need basis.
?    Should be able to take quick transition of existing portfolio of eCommerce applications and be able to carry out smoke test independently
?    Should have been part of handling production support tickets.
?    Should be flexible to provide production on-call support
