Five years experience of object oriented programming using concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, binding, etc. Three years experience that demonstrates a successful enterprise-level .NET 3.5 system implementation with an emphasis on best practices.

Three years experience with Use Case techniques (business processes and system level) to explain how the solution will implement the .NET Framework.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, etc.

The successful candidate must have experience in successfully leading development teams in an agile environment.

Knowledge and experience in gaming systems preferred.

Microsoft Certified Professional Developer, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or any other relevant certification acceptable.
