Duration: 12 Months

Ideal candidate has done programming in a production capacity, migration
from CRM to another CRM, plug ins, Scribe (which is a program),
excellent SQL, 4-5years experience with Microsoft CRM and MS Dynamics 4.0. 
This person needs to be able to face clients and serve as a mentor on the
Dev team, It would be ideal for a candidate to have worked on web-based
projects and asp.net 3.5 experience.  Client would consider relocation
assistance for an excellent candidate.

Reports To: Program Manager

Purpose:
• The MS Dynamics CRM Developer position is for an experienced,
self-motivated individual to provide technical expertise on CRM projects.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, document, and test changes to the system.
• Develop plug-ins, create workflows, and configure the integration of MS
Dynamics CRM with our existing website
• Recommend and establish new software development, testing and
documentation standards for the CRM system.
• Promote reusable code and easy maintenance with development.
• Resolves or assists with escalated software application issues as needed.
• Work effectively with management to clarify needs and plan delivery of
major product changes, future versions, and new products.
• Accurately estimate time and costs.

Qualifications:
• Requires strong MS Dynamics CRM technical experience (4+ years)
• Expertise in developing for MS Dynamics CRM 4.0
• Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Strong SQL development skills
• Solid web development skills in ASP.NET 3.5 with C#.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully complete challenging software
projects.
• Smart, hardworking, committed
• Demonstrated ability to write solid code in a fast paced environment
• Adept at communicating technical ideas to non-technical persons
• Works well in a team environment
• Is self-motivated, can work independently, and enjoys the challenge of
solving problems
• Works with a sense of urgency and carries projects through to completion
in a timely manner
• An enthusiastic team player with a high level of energy and a positive,
flexible attitude.
