Java Developer

6 month contract

Durham, NC

 

Required Skills:

Strong Java development skills (5+ Years)
Strong server side development skills (5+ Years)
Web Services (SOAP, XML, WSDL)
Database (5+ Years)
Familiarity with source code version management tools (VSS, CVS, Subversion, etc.)
Familiarity with Object-Oriented design
Effective analysis of new and existing applications and platforms
Efficient Coding (i.e. adhering to coding standards, procedures, techniques and performance tuning)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing within IT and with end users
Strong understanding of database technologies (stored procedures, triggers, etc).
