We are looking for engineers with "Siebel Marketing/Analytics" experience.
The ability to know everything with campaign management.
Need to know:
        a. How to execute a file to be used for an email or direct mail
campaign
        b. How to extract the population from Analytics and bring it into
marketing
        c. How to prepare a "Siebel Stage" process to launch campaigns
        d. Pretty much, how to deal with the Marketing and Analytics modules
in Siebel

Scope of work:
• Fix, enhance, and maintain Siebel Marketing & Analytics applications and
develop new applications for projects. Provide daily support for Marketing
campaign management activities

Required skills/competencies:
• Subject matter expertise in computer science, engineering or related
discipline
• 5+ years of Siebel implementation experience with strong knowledge of
Siebel configuration and scripting
• Able to formulate, communicate and implement technical solutions
• Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model
• Understanding of relational database concepts, strong SQL and PL/SQL
knowledge, working knowledge of UNIX Shell Scripting
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas of Siebel: EIM, EAI,
Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, Email functionality, System
Administration
• Previous work with Marketing & Analytics modules in Siebel version 7 and
higher
• Experience with Requirements Definition, mapping and gap-analysis
• Strong technical foundation including structured programming, and
structured system analysis and design methods
• Experience in application design and prototyping of Siebel systems
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical peers
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. May lead or
direct the work of others
• Demonstrate a degree of creativity with strong analytical and problem
solving skills
• Strong with methodologies, tools, best practices and processes within
specific area of responsibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
