Need Senior SAP Payroll resource

Do you have a senior payroll resource in NJ area for a project that starts in January 2010 and goes live in January 2011?  This resource needs to be a senior resource with multiple full life cycle implementation experiences.  The clients are closely reviewing all consultants I put on the project and rejected one consultant in the payroll team because the consultant did not have good communication skills and came off as lacking confidence in the subject matter.
