Role: Application Developer

Seeking two(2) consultants to perform system design work, coding,
implementation, and mentoring to change the user sign on for key
website to a more secure sign on. We are looking for one senior level
systems analyst who has thorough knowledge and experience in the web
services environment using IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD),
Spring and/or Struts framework, JAVA, and TAM. This consultant will
validate analysis and requirements, along with code, test, and
implement the TAM approach for the website. The consultant will also
mentor staff on the use of TAM.

Additionally we require one mid level systems analyst who has thorough
knowledge and experience in the web services environment using IBM
Rational Application Developer (RAD), spring and/or Struts framework,
and JAVA, who will code, test, and implement the TAM approach for the
website. This consultant will also mentor state staff on the use of
TAM as needed
