Linux Server Admn, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Windows 2000/2003 Server, VMWare & Virtualization,

 

Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux Servers (networking and storage)

Familiarity with databases and web programming languages and automation

High Availability and failover scenarios, load balanced environments

Strong working knowledge of storage environments (SAN, NAS)

VMware and Virtualization experience

Software experience with Apache, PHP, sendmail, postfix, LDAP, Radius, bind, clustering

Automation via scripting (Perl, Python, Shell)

File Replication, File System Tuning, Upgrading and Configuring

Troubleshooting

Disaster Recovery

Ability to work well with customers and in a cross-team environment and to mentor within teams

Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills

Documentation processes and procedures.
