- Good analysis skills

- Ability to analyze existing code and reverse engineer Object Oriented design

- Extensive experience developing and De-bugging C++ applications

- Extensive experience developing and de-bugging Perl and object oriented perl.

- Self-motivated

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication skills (Oral and written)
