Urgent required Business Developement Manager (BDM).

Position   : BDM US IT Staffing (Night Shift)

Location  : Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new client business development (Sales & Recruitment), service existing clients, understand client requirements, work with Technical Recruiters in fulfilling the requirements by submitting a 100% match resumes.
• Interact with the Client to receive the requirements, submit the resources/Consultants, coordinate the interviews and close the business with the Clients.
• Identify and generate new clients for IT consulting and IT projects outsourcing.
• Establish contacts with IT hiring managers/IT senior executives, Large IT consulting companies and build long-term relationships.
• Implement sales and recruiting strategies and close high revenue deals.
• Negotiate client contracts.
• Primary point of contact with clients and responsible for maintaining client relationships
• Resolves or escalates client issues in a timely manner.
