Duration : 10 Month Contract

Candidates with a banking background are required.

 
Position Description
Responsible for System Requirement definition and functional design, writing test plans/cases, system testing and installation assistance/problem solving.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Considerable knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools, and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets the needs of the client/business partnerKnowledge of conversion methodologies and the basic principles, processes, phases and roles relevant to each conversion

Skill in understanding and focusing on the clients' needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with clients
Skill in analytical/problem solving
Skill in solid decision-making and problem solving
Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills and manage conflict
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
