1.Position: TEST-ENGINEER-L3
Location: Bentonvile, AR
Duration: 6 Months+
EXP: 3 to 5 Years

Technical Skills Required:
 
•    Candidates with good UNIX experience
•    3-5 years of functional testing experience working on all phases of test cycle.
•    Hands on experience in preparing Test plan, Test cases, Test execution and Defect management.
•    Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool.
•    Good Team player
•    Strong communication and Customer facing skills.

2.Position: Test Lead
Location: Bentonvile, AR
Duration: 6 Months+
Exp: 5 to 7 Years

Technical Skills Required:
 
•    Test leads with good UNIX experience.
•    5+ years of functional testing experience working on all phases of test cycle.

Technical Skills Required:
 
•    6+ years experience in ETL/DW testing projects.
•    Excellent knowledge of data warehousing / ETL concepts
•    Excellent knowledge of DW /ETL Testing
•    Good in Testing Concepts
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills
•    Good to have experience in Vendor Transition Management.
•    Should have good experience of working in Quality centre and creating reports
•    Should have strong Banking domain knowledge.
•    Good knowledge/experience in PL/SQL



4.Position: ETL Tester with Abinitio Exp
Location – Richmond, VA
Duration – 6 Months+
Exp: 5 to 7 Years

Skills & Job Requirements

•    ETL testing with Abinitio and strong Unix scripting skills
•    Responsible for the development and review of test plans, test scripts, test cases, traceability matrix, test summary reports.
•    Experience in Quality Center and test metrics collection.
•    Experience working in onsite offshore model.
•    Should have managed testing teams and good experience in people management activities.
•    Very good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with client on regular basis, be a go getter, have complete ownership on the tasks
•    Should be able to provide solutions to the team and drive them to achieve their tasks
•    Experience working with developers, clients and business analysts to create a comprehensive Master Test plan to cover all the testing needs for the application

 
5.Position: Automation Test Lead
Location – Boston, MA
Duration – 6 Months+
Exp: 5 to 8 Years

Job Description/Skills Required:

•    QTP / automation working knowledge, have created scripts in any of the projects earlier
•    Expertise in creating Design Frameworks in QTP
•    Hands on experience on QTP and good in designing test models and scripting
•    Good in creating test plans and handled Automation testing projects

 
6.Position: Performance Test Engineer
Location – Chicago, IL
Duration – 6 Months+
EXP: 3 to 5 Years

Skills & Job Requirements

•    Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in Performance testing
•    Good understanding of Performance Testing concepts
•    Expertise in Performance Test Strategy, Test design, Test execution, Performance Test Analysis
•    Candidate must have worked in minimum 2 projects on SOA/Web Services Performance Testing
•    Experience in performance testing tools such as Loadrunner and ITKO LISA


7.Position: Performance tester With Loadrunner Exp
Location: Erie, PA
Duration: 6 Months+
Exp: 5 to 7 Years

Technical Skills Required:
 
•    Experience in performance testing using Loadrunner
•    Elicit performance requirements (specifications) and come up with a performance test solution
•    Develop a high-level plan mapping the requirements detailed to test scenario's to show coverage, timelines, dependencies and milestones
•    Develop a detailed performance test plan (including detailed scenarios and test cases, workloads, environment info, etc.)
•    Understand and specify test data needed
•    Develop proof of concept scripts for each component under test


8.Position: Jmeter Tester with LoadRunner exp
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 6 Months+
Exp: 5 to 7 Years

Technical Skills Required:
 
•    Good understanding of testing process and methodologies
•    Proficient in JMeter and LoadRunner will be plus
•    Should have worked on performance testing involving address book of mobile device and understand SyncML protocol
•    Self starter and should be able to articulate the business requirements
•    Good written and oral communication
