Responsibilities and requirements
Develop prototypes and production level code for our consumer and
enterprise products using xHTML, CSS, Flash, Flex, JavaScript, AJAX,
jQuery, and other web technologies.
Contribute to and drive user-centered designs and support user
research and usability testing.
Qualifications:
A four-year degree in Computer Science; Computer Information Systems;
or related field is required
Greater than 5 years of professional experience designing interfaces
on large scale projects.
A mastery of web standards and user-centered design principles
Expert skill level with jQuery, AJAX, Flash, Flex, xHTML, JavaScript, DOM, CSS.
Familiar with web development technologies such as JSP, Struts,
Spring, JAVA, etc.
Ability to effectively demonstrate creative and process skills as they
relate to interface design
Articulate design concepts and prototypes, with the ability to define
your "vision" for the project in a variety of ways…written, visually,
and verbally.
Ability to provide team leadership and demonstrate the ability to
drive a project to completion
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability
to work independently as well as on a team.
