Axis Webservices
Experience in SOA and J2EE Patterns
Experience in a full SDLC J2EE development including post go-live support
Ability to integrate java to external systems (not just internal client apps)

Day-to-Day
Senior developer for the development team. They will be working extensively with Spring and Hibernate and have to have an incredibly firm grasp for these frameworks.
