•          BMC Action Remedy System 6.0 or higher Development 

•          Remedy Customization experience in V6.0 or higher 

•          Remedy V6 or higher workflow experience 

•          Migration experience from 6.0 or higher 

•          Oracle 10 or higher experience 

•          Remedy data archiving experience V6 or higher 

•          Mid-Tier configuration in V7 or higher 

•          Email configuration in V7 or higher
