            For this client be sure all the skills should be reflect in your projects as per skill matrix, if you are mentioning in the skill matrix example: in Google Web Toolkit,  If you have 4 yrs experience, it should be reflect in your project also. They are too stick about resume. We just got a bad experience with client.
