Strong understanding of IBM Content Manager software
* Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven record of resolving serious system problems through vendor liaison. At a minimum, experience of taking system / application process dumps is expected.
* Able to assess and tune system performance.
* Understanding of Enterprise Content Management technologies.
* Documentation experience (procedures, system topology etc)
* Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to express technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
* Strong customer focus and experience of working for highly demanding customers in a high-pressure environment.
