Job Description:
Experience working in a Business Intelligence CoE (Cente of Excellence). Words to search for: Business Objects, Informatica, Cognos, BI Reporting, Prototyping, Use Cases, Requirements Management, Gap Analysis, Data Mapping, JAD
6-9 years of Business Analyst experience.
Ø Recognized as a leader in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
Ø Plan, conduct and direct the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business initiatives.
Ø Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Ø Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes.
Ø Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific systems requirements and specifications.
Ø Recommends and initiates systems testing.
Ø Involved in re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
Ø Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.
