Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/MIS
-3-4 years of software development experience with web-based solutions
-2+ years of J2EE experience
-Proficient in OO Design and Programming
-Experienced J2EE programmer
-Experience with BEA WebLogic Application Server is a plus
-Experience in design and development of standard Java/J2EE Web applications
-Experience with Struts and Tiles frameworks
-Experience in developing presentation layers using JSPs, HTML, javascript etc.
-Knowledge and experience in applying industry standard Design Patterns for web application development
-Experience in developing industry standard persistence mechanisms like: EJBs, JDBC, Hibernate, etc.
