Minimum Requirements:
| Years | Skills/Experience |
| 8 | Sun Certified J2EE Enterprise Architect |
| 8 | Object oriented programming, stressing architecture, design, and implementation of reusable services and components |
| 5 | Experience developing web applications with Java |
| 5 | Develop, implement, and maintain design documentation, including UML diagrams |
| 3 | Experience implementing E-Commerce web applications |
| 3 | Architecting and implementing 3 Tiered Enterprise RIA's (Rich Internet Applications) for CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functionality using Java and Adobe Flex. |
| 2 | Designing and implementing Web Services for Enterprise Class implementation |
| 2 | Experience with requirements analysis/architecture analysis for enterprise SOA web application implementation |
| 2 | Hands on experience architecting, designing, and implementing RIAs using Adobe Flex 3, ActionScript, and LCDS |
| 2 | Extensive experience with Caringorm or MVC architecture in Adobe Flex |
| 1 | Experience implementing portals and portlets |
| 1 | Using Agile or Iterative software development process on projects |
| 1 | Using SCRUM on development projects |
| 1 | Experience architecting and implementing Adobe LiveCycle workflow solutions |
| 1 | Experience with Adobe AIR |
| Strong | Working well as a member of a team |
| Strong | Working and thriving on a high-priority/high-pressure project |
| Degree or Equivalent Experience | Experience working with a government agency or institute of higher education (College or University) |
