Client is looking for a MYSQL Database Administration on Linux - Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This is a 6 months Contract Position. The hourly rate is $40/hr.

Backups / Restores
Exposure to different kind of Engines (MYISAM / INnodb)
MYSQL High Availability via Replication
Performance Tuning / Query Tuning
Installation/Upgrades
Unix shell scripting
Experience in supporting 24 X 7 environment
Schema Refreshes
DB Creation
Oracle Database Administration Knowledge.
MySQL DBA,3-4 years of experience,MySQL NBD cluster,MySQL on red-hat clusterStrong knowledge in tuning MySQL for OLTP apps
