Job Description :

o Acts as coder for one or more projects.
o Maintains a good understanding of the technical direction of IS department.
o Provides constant feedback to the technical lead.
o Contributes to projects through code and documentation.


Qualifications:
- 8-10 years experience with Microsoft .NET 2.0 platform including ASP.NET and C#.
- Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005.
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design Principles.
- Good understanding of .NET Remote and Web Services.
- Proven ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Pluses
- Previous experience in C++. 
- Experience writing complex SQL queries. 
- Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
- Desire to learn & develop with the latest Microsoft technologies. 
- Proven ability to migrate legacy software to new technology.
- Knowledge of Design Patterns and UML.
-Architecture or development experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of investment concepts including mutual funds, stocks, portfolio models, performance calculations, etc.
